INSTRUCTIONS FOR
ACH/ECHECK PAYMENTS
AND
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
PERSONAL LOGIN & PAYMENT OPTIONS:
To make
additions and corrections to your payment plan.
Please note the following new information:

PERSONAL ACCOUNT LOGIN
o
You must call Bertram Wireless to obtain a Username and Password.
·
ACH (Automated Clearing House) PAYMENTS
o
Allows direct withdrawal from a checking or savings account without a
debit card.
o
Follow Steps #1, 2, 3, 4, 6 below.
·
CREDIT OR DEBIT Card Entries or Updates
o
Follow Steps #1, 2, 3, 5, 6 below.
Bertram Wireless is happy to offer ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment service. ACH is a highly reliable, secure and efficient electronic funds transfer system that allows withdrawal from a checking or savings account without a debit card. ACH allows YOU to securely enter your own checking or savings account information to automatically or manually withdraw funds to pay your monthly Bertram internet service fees. By using ACH for checking account withdrawal, you will not be charged the $2.00 check processing fee, if paid on time and paid within your customer portal. However, a penalty of $35.00 will be assessed for insufficient ACH funds
Step #1
a.
Call Bertram Wireless at (920) 351-1023 to
obtain a Username and Password.
b.
Notify the Customer Representative to remove
the $2.00 check processing fee from your Bertram account. If you
find that the check processing fee is still on your account after
you choose ACH, please contact us again to remove it.
Step #2
a.
Go to:
www.bertramwireless.com
b. Click the “WIRELESS PAYMENT” button
(https://powercode.bertramwireless.com/ )
or
“DIAL-UP
PAYMENT” button
(https://dialup.bertramwireless.com/)
c. On
the Login screen, enter the Username and Password given to you by
the Customer Representative.
d. Click
“LOGIN”.
e.
Please check the box “ALLOW PAYMENT FROM THIS ACCOUNT TO BERTRAM
WIRELESS”. By checking this box, you are agreeing to the terms and
conditions in the Internet Operating Agreement.
f.
Click “PAY MY BILL”.
Step #3—Read carefully and choose
(a.) or (b.)
a.
If you want to use the ACH OPTION with a
checking or savings account, click on “NEW CHECK”,
then go to Step #4, OR
b.
If you want to enter a DEBIT or CREDIT CARD number, click on “NEW
CARD”, then go to Step #5.
Step
#4—This step is for the ACH
option only!
a.
Enter your Bank Name, Routing Number, and
Account Number.
b.
Choose Draft Type, AND DON’T FORGET
to choose a Billing Option: See 4c and 4d, below:
c.
Choose the
AUTOMATIC
Billing Option to have your monthly Bertram internet bills paid
automatically on the first of each month from your checking or
savings account.
d.
Choose the MANUAL Billing
Option if you prefer to go into your Bertram Account each and every
month to pay your monthly Bertram internet bills from your checking
or savings account. Payment
must be made by the 11th of each month to avoid paying
late/delinquent charges.
e.
Please check your payment entries carefully because Bertram
Wireless is not liable for errors.
By completing these transactions, you give Bertram Wireless permission to
take out payments for your monthly Bertram internet service fees.
f.
Click “Save
Checking Account Info” (click this even if you
entered savings account information).
g.
The ACH payment may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank
statement, and will appear as “ACH Payment Bertram
Corporation LLC.”
h.
Now go to Step #6.
Step #5—This step is for Credit
or Debit Cards only!
a.
Choose or enter your Card Type, Card Number,
Expiration Month, Expiration Year, Card Holder Name, Billing
Address/Suite, City, State, and Zip Code.
b.
NOW, DON’T FORGET to Choose
a Billing Option: See 5c and 5d, below:
c.
Choose the
AUTOMATIC
Billing Option to have your monthly Bertram internet bills
paid automatically on the first of each month with your credit or
debit card.
d.
Choose the MANUAL Billing
Option if you prefer to go into your Bertram Account each and every
month to pay your monthly Bertram internet bills with your credit or
debit card. Payment must be made by the 11th of each month to avoid paying
late/delinquent charges.
e.
Please check your payment entries carefully
because Bertram Wireless is not liable for errors.
f.
Click “Save
Credit Card Info” (click this even if you entered
debit card information).
g.
Now go to Step #6.
Step #6
a.
After your payment information is complete,
click “HOME” on top left.
b.
Click the “MY ACCOUNT HISTORY”
button.
c.
Review your Account Information to
make sure that all of your payment information is correct and
complete.
d.
Now click “LOG OUT” on the
top right—you are done!
ACH,CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS
ONLY AND NO AMERICAN EXPRESS
This option is a safe and SECURE way to pay your bill anytime you
want. All card and account info is encrypted. The only info that can
be seen by our representatives is the last four digits and the
expiration date of the card or account numbers.
